IT’S OK TO CHANGE YOUR MIND!

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not charge any fees for returns. 

1. A Returns Form with your name, order number and contact information 

2. We will only accept returns for partially used items. Please do not return fully used or empty containers. 

3. Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with a return.

 

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

1. Put the items you’re returning in the original package if possible

2. Include the Returns Form with your name, order number and contact information

3. Indicate the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return on your Returns Form

4. Choose a mail carrier, pay for postage, and ship it to the address below:

REFUNDS POLICY

1. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

2. We do not refund shipping fees

3. We will not refund returns for fully used or empty containers

4. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after we receive your return. Please allow time for the returned item to be delivered to us, for us to inspect and process the return, and for the credit card issuer to credit your account.

5. For international customers, please note that Azarvi Laboratories will not reimburse or refund for any import duties, fees and taxes charged by the government of your country. 

 

RETURNING A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

1. If you received a damaged or defective item from us, or the wrong item was shipped to you, you will not be responsible for return shipping charges. In such case we will send you returns shipping label. 

2. In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, all damaged or defective products must be reported within 3 days from the date of delivery. 

3. To obtain a refund for a damage or defective item, the item must be returned to us, unopened, unused with the protective seal of the product still intact. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the personal nature of our products,we do not allow exchanges. If you would like to try a different product, simply follow our Return Steps listed above and we will initiate your refund. You can place a new order for a different product before, during and after the refund process. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY  

You may cancel an order if the item has not yet been marked shipped. We usually ship all orders within 6-24 hours.

You may log into your account at any time to see the status of your order online.

Once an order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

If the order has been shipped we cannot accept a cancellation. In this case you can initiate a return of the product if no longer want to keep it.

 

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

We welcome all international orders. Please be aware that some countries may charge an import duty. We are not responsible for any taxes, duties or fees that your country may impose on the import of your package. Please check the laws of your country to ascertain the fee schedule for imports.

All paid international orders will be shipped with a customs form indicating that the contents of the package are classified as a commercial import. We cannot and will not mark the import as a gift.
